These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.tasto.world (the "Site") and the products offered by TASTO ("TASTO", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing our product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
TASTO is a curated library of visual styles. Each style includes a portable, plain-text "brand-identity prompt" you can copy and paste into third-party AI and design tools to generate your own on-brand visuals. TASTO sells access to these prompts; it does not generate or host the resulting visuals for you.
Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), acting as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment provider's terms. The provider handles billing, receipts, and card processing; TASTO does not store your payment-card details.
Because TASTO delivers digital content that is accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If the product does not work as described, or you were charged in error, contact us at hello@tasto.world within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith. Refunds, where granted, are issued through the original payment method via our payment provider.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the style prompts to create visuals for your own personal or commercial brands and products.
You may: use the prompts in any AI/design tool; adapt them for your projects; use the outputs commercially.
You may not: resell, republish, redistribute, or sublicense the prompts themselves as a product; represent them as your own for-sale library; or share your unlocked access with others.
The prompts are designed to be pasted into third-party tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, code generators). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. TASTO does not control and is not responsible for the outputs those tools produce, their availability, or their licensing. You are responsible for ensuring your final visuals comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
The Site, its design, text, curation, and the prompt library are owned by TASTO and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 05, no rights are transferred to you.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or bulk-extracting content, circumventing purchase gates, or using the Site or prompts to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
The Site and product are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the prompts will produce any specific result in any given tool.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TASTO in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
