These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of course.tasto.world (the "Site") and the Brand OS 跨境电商课 online course (the "Course") offered by TASTO ("TASTO", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
TASTO sells the Brand OS 跨境电商课 — an online course that teaches cross-border e-commerce through one real end-to-end project: product selection and market validation, finding suppliers, using AI to produce product pages and brand materials, listing on overseas platforms, driving a first wave of traffic, and reviewing the results. The Course consists of 27 lessons, organised into modules: Hound (product selection & market validation, lessons 6–9), Parrot (brand narrative & content, lessons 10–13), Rabbit (listing & SEO, lessons 14–16), Bee (paid traffic & ads, lessons 17–20), and Elephant (data review & customer service, lessons 21–24). The Course is educational material; it does not guarantee any specific commercial or financial outcome.
After payment is confirmed, you receive access to the 27 online lessons and their accompanying materials, plus entry to a dedicated Q&A group (专属答疑群) for learner support. Lessons are delivered online and can be accessed on an ongoing basis. A working internet connection and a compatible device are required to view the content.
Payment for the Course can be made via Alipay (支付宝), WeChat Pay (微信支付), or credit card (信用卡), processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to that provider's terms. The provider handles billing, receipts, and card processing; TASTO does not store your payment-card details.
Because the Course is digital content that becomes accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final once you have accessed the lessons. If you have not yet accessed any lesson content, or if you were charged in error or the Course does not work as described, contact us at hello@tasto.world within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider. You may stop using the Course at any time; as it is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription to cancel.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course and its materials for your own learning and for building your own business.
You may: view the lessons; apply the methods and workflows to your own projects; use what you learn commercially.
You may not: record, download for redistribution, republish, resell, or sublicense the Course or its materials; represent the Course as your own for-sale product; or share your access, login, or the Q&A group invitation with others.
The Course teaches workflows that use third-party AI and e-commerce tools and platforms (for example AI assistants, marketplaces, and advertising platforms). Your use of those tools and platforms is governed by their own terms, and they may charge their own fees. TASTO does not control and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, or the results you obtain with them. You are responsible for ensuring your own activities comply with applicable laws and third-party rules.
The Site, its design, text, and the Course content (videos, materials, and curriculum) are owned by TASTO and its instructors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 06, no rights are transferred to you.
You agree not to misuse the Site or Course — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or bulk-extracting content, circumventing purchase gates, or sharing, copying, or redistributing the lessons or Q&A group. If you breach these Terms — in particular by sharing or redistributing the Course — we may suspend or terminate your access without refund and pursue any remedies available to us under law.
The Site and Course are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The Course is educational; we do not warrant that following it will produce any particular sales, revenue, or business result, which depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Course. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TASTO for the Course.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site or Course after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
